Excellent Professional Service,  John is an Outstanding Technician, He quickly completed my repair and then took the time to show us how to operate the new thermostat. Would highly recommended! They are very efficient, professional, explain exactly what is the issue so you can understand, fairly priced. They have always made an effort to squeeze my family and my parents onto their schedule when we needed them (they even came very late in the evening one time to ensure we were still taken care of). Great people.  Professional and very helpful. I called Efficient Air and Heat after being given the run around and taken advantage of by another company my home warranty sent, and quoted an extremely high price by another company. We were given a same day appointment and had a new system being installed the next day. I was given honest communication and they cared enough to give me affordable but efficient options that fit my family’s budget.
